Lorenzo Mustone
IT Helpdesk at Dr. Max Italia · Bologna, Italy
Building a homelab to grow from IT support to systems administrator.
About me
I graduated from Istituto Aldini Valeriani with a focus on computer science. I work in IT for a pharmacy chain, where I set up PC workstations that are domain-joined and managed with SCCM, and I solve incidents for the people working in the stores.
Outside work I learn by doing: I run a home server with Proxmox where I experiment with virtualization, networking, monitoring and automation. I'm customer-oriented, I take feedback as a chance to grow, and I'm comfortable both on my own and in a team.
